This is a volunteer based leadership opportunity for current high school and college students to partner along Stay Here staff and their schools to spread the hope-filled message of Stay Here, that Gen Z Will Be Suicide Free.

What is Stay Here Student Ambassadors?
By working to raise awareness about the challenges that students face at your schools, together we will bring change, eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health and save lives.
With your help, we can spread student mental health awareness to all.
Through the program, Stay Here staff will work alongside you, and your group, to provide resources and skills needed to reach students across your campus and local community. We will provide guidance on launching a Stay Here™ club on your campus, and ensure you are equipped with best practices, resources, and skills needed to grow a successful program. This is a leadership opportunity for individuals that are already dedicated followers of Stay Here who believe in our message as an organization.

Priority Access
Being a part of a Stay Here™ club, you’ll have exclusive first access to Stay Here’s events, content, merch, and activities! This is an opportunity to leave a positive impact on those around you, and educate your peers about mental health.
Each student will upon acceptance will be sent free resource materials to get started on their campus, along with a discount to all Stay Here merchandise.

We are looking for current high school or college students or student-athletes at any level. You must be 14 years or older to join.

We are seeking individuals with a passion for student mental health education and suicide prevention. You must be able to dedicate 1- 4 hours/week to growing the movement in your community.

• Identify, set and achieve goals regarding how you will spread Stay Here’s message and resources to your community.
• Lead at least 1 meeting per month (we encourage more!) on your campus. We will help you with the curriculum and meeting ideas.
• Do your best to attend bi-monthly calls to connect with other Stay Here Student Ambassadors (led by Stay Here staff)
• Amplify and distribute resources, presentations, and ideas on behalf of Stay Here in your community.

• Effective outreach to save lives changed on your campus.
• Connection: a powerful community of like-minded students around the country and internationally.
• Presentation Skills: public speaking, facilitating Stay Here-provided presentations within your group.
• Community Organization and Teamwork: leadership, recruitment, meeting facilitation, developing leaders, motivating and managing peers.
• Event Coordination: organizing and planning Stay Here rallies.
